Let's kick off a week of music from our only reader that dares identify herself, i blog. She won a quite challenging competition and now has full control of the music. We should see a dramatic increase in readership this week now that I am not putting up my garbage music. Here is the first selection. She added a little blurb at the beginning. Here it is.

to pay homage to my formidable opponent (anonymous) i choose, "rawhide" by the blues brothers. every time i hear this song, i have flashbacks to a certain summer in colorado, watching him bust a move with reckless abandon whilst this song is blaring at near maximum volume.

Excellent choice. I had 18 years of watching Anonymous blare music and sing and dance. I am currently carrying on that fine tradition with little AK. I love this movie and I love this song. This is a great scene. I think I need to watch this movie tonight. Yeah, that is a good idea.
That anonymous must be a crazy guy! As for Rawhide. That is pure classic greatness. Nice job Iblog. You are off to a great start. Unfortunately you can probably only go down from here. Hit us with your best shot. (please not that song)

everyone who knows me knows i am a BIG fan of cake (both the musical and the type 2-diabetes-inducing kind). and i have it on good authority that mrs. anti-blog does as well. but put away you're insulin and syringes, because i'm serving up a double portion of the musical variety. (only because i had a REAL hard time choosing between these two):
