Much of the music I listen to is made by musicians who were heavily influenced by artists from the 80s. Many of them will claim one of the following three artists as a major influence (if not all 3). I would be remiss if I did not mention them in 80s week. Well, no more 80s for a while after this, but enjoy.

If I mentioned that DAvid Bowie seems wierd, is that stating the obvious? don't really get him or his music. But as for the rest of the stroll through the 80;s you provided the millions of readers we all thank you.
I don't get David Bowie either. Not really a big fan, but what he has done for music is undeniable
